Booking Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, the remaining 50% is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
All prices quoted are subject to a 10% government tax & 5% service tax.
Each booking secures entire complex: prices are for maximum of 10 guests if you would like to accommodate more please contact us, the villa will take up to 14 guests.
Minimum booking is for 5 nights, although enquiries are welcome.
